Travel, Accommodations and Expenses
Darktrace will cover the cost of your travel including airfare, hotel, local accommodations, ground transportation, and food and beverage at all planned excursions.
Any personal expenses incurred during travel and the event are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
Any airfare upgrades or personal travel charges will not be reimbursed. The attendee is responsible for any upgrades incurred.
All travel should be reserved directly through the ATD mystical tool (accessible by navigating using the link that you received upon completion of registration in the confirmation email). Please do not contact the airline or hotel directly. Direct all questions to ATD at DT@ATDtravel.com

The event starts with a Welcome Reception for all attendees at 7:00 PM Pacific Time on Monday, July 28, 2025.
The event ends at 11:00 PM on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. You can plan to depart starting on Thursday, July 31, 2025.
Pre-registration will be available during evening sessions and this app will be available on the day you arrive (app leading up to the event).
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinners will be provided to all attendees during the event.
Solution Presenters will need to arrive by Sunday, July 27 no later than 12:00 PM (Pacific) Workshop. All international travelers with the SR team should plan to arrive no later 24. All other travelers with the SR teams should plan to arrive by 12:00 PM Pacific on Monday, July 28.
FY26 SKO Arrival and Departure Dates:
Plan to arrive on Monday, July 28, 2025, no later than 6:00 PM local time in Las Vegas, Nevada, LAS.
If your trip requires multiple connections or layovers, or is over 10 hours, you may arrive on Sunday, July 27, 2025.
Plan to depart Thursday, July 31, 2025, at any time.
The SE Team will participate in a functional workshop on July 28, 2025 (before the event officially begins). We will work with individuals traveling to arrive on July 27 or the morning of July 28, 2025.
Registration Deadline: Please complete your registration and travel by Thursday, June 5, 2025, midnight Pacific Time.
If you don't complete, the registration will be cancelled and allocated to a team member on the waitlist.
Darktrace's global travel partner, ATG, will collaborate with each person to reserve airfare considering preferred arrival/departure times to and from Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
All flights must be booked through this registration process.
You will receive a travel booking link to provide your information, flight preferences and requirements in your registration confirmation email.
Any flights booked in ways this process will not be reimbursed by Darktrace.
Please be aware that your flights are economy class and you will be responsible for any changes or cancellations after the ticket which will not be reimbursed.

All tickets are ticketed exactly as per your passport. Incorrect names may result in refusal to board by airlines.
Visa / Passport / Health Requirements
If you are traveling from outside the United States. It is your responsibility to ensure you hold any required visa or ESTA. Please review the following information from the People and Legal teams. Darktrace SKO: Business Visitor Immigration Requirements. The purpose of the form is to identify immigration requirements for travellers entering the U.S. as business visitors; therefore, confirming type of necessary support from your People Business Partners. Additional information is available in the attachment.
Please visit IATA Travel Centre for passport, visa, ESTA (visa waiver) and health requirements pertaining to your country of origin and nationality to confirm that all are in order for travel to the United States, including checking all transit points. Please check if you are eligible for an Electronic Travel Authorization, and apply by visiting ESTA U.S. If you are not eligible and require a visa for traveling, you will need to apply for this in your country of residency. Please be aware that all customers traveling to/via the USA on the visa waiver program (VWP) require an e-passport. For all up-to-date information please visit Visa Waiver Program. If flights are via Canada please visit ETA Canada for ETA information. Please contact your local consulate for visa requirements.
Darktrace will reimburse you for expenses/processing fees associated with any Visa or ESTA applications.
An event mobile application will be available to download to your mobile device so you can manage the entire experience during the event including agenda, speakers, map, and chat features.
